The Yards Plaza is a contemporary commercial address by BEYOND, part of OMNIYAT Group, within The Yards masterplan in City of Arabia. Four blocks are brought together as one cohesive composition around a landscaped central courtyard, with a thermally insulated glazed facade and external louvers that combine performance with a strong architectural presence.
The project offers 272 shell and core office units across the 3rd to 6th floors, with 3-metre ceiling heights, plus retail units at ground level. Arrival is defined by 4.5-metre-high lobbies with stone flooring, feature timber, artwork and integrated wayfinding.
The Yards Plaza offers an early entry into a growing commercial destination, with estimated gross yields of around 6.5% to 9% depending on market conditions.
