About the project

Binghatti Spectre is a landmark mixed-use development by Binghatti in Al Jaddaf, rising at the northern gateway of the Al Jaddaf Waterfront near DEWA Headquarters. Its bold twin-tower design sits on a unified multi-tiered podium, wrapped in a crystalline glass facade with signature LED lighting that turns the tower into a glowing landmark at night.

The project combines two residential towers with 712 apartments, 235 office units and 19 ground-floor retail shops. Residences include studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with open-plan layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies, while select 3-bedroom units feature private terraces with pools.

Binghatti Spectre combines striking architecture, a central waterfront location and a flexible payment plan, offering strong potential for both living and investment.
