The 1970 Office Tower is a landmark commercial development by Al Habtoor Group, located in Al Habtoor City, Business Bay. Conceived as a bold and refined addition to Dubai’s skyline, the 289-metre tower is composed of distinct stacked glass volumes, connected by recessed landscaped sky gardens and anchored by a sculpted podium with a grand arrival lobby.
